More about coffee:
In search of a strong, heavy, spicy coffee, we found ELIMBARI. These exotic beans grow in small farms in the CHUAVE region of Papua New Guinea, reminiscent of cozy local homesteads. It is the only coffee we allow ourselves to roast very dark. We believe that this is how ELIMBARI beans show their true face. Our noses enjoy bitter notes of pomelo peel, nutmeg, cloves, dark chocolate, and tobacco. This is our coffee with the most bitter notes. We often compare this coffee to low-frequency sounds that we long for in every full-fledged musical composition.
We roast coffee in small quantities several times a week to achieve the freshest product. Packing and delivering to couriers the same or the next day after the order, except on weekends and public holidays.
